Hayden has over 12 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding in Operations and Account Executive roles. He has a strong customer service focus and a successful sales background. Hayden moved to Star Personnel in 2004, adapting his knowledge and skills to tackle the Recruitment industry. He has what can only be described as a "unique sense of humour", he is an ex rugby player who has refocused his energies into the Recruitment game, where the injuries are limited to paper cuts. 

Joanne has over 25 years' experience in Recruiting for a range of Clients, building strong relationships and delivering on what is needed. Her background in Secretarial, PA and Sales positions including advertising helps her have a strong understanding of candidates and clients' needs across a wide range of areas. 

Her passion and background in the Performing Arts and has awarded her the prestigious office "Academy Award" for several of her STAR performances. 

Kimberley previously worked in the freight forwarding industry and then moved on to working for an appliance importer for nearly 6 years, handling commercial sales and customer service. She has been in the recruitment industry for 8 years, successfully recruiting across all roles in freight forwarding, transport, shipping, and logistics.

Outside of work she likes to cook, has a keen interest in interior design, and you will find her in the gym most days.

Rosalee has dedicated almost 20 years to the field of recruitment, with a specialization in the freight and logistics industry. Throughout her career, she has excelled in helping businesses build strong teams and has made a significant impact on the lives of countless candidates within the industry.

Before transitioning into recruitment, Rosalee gained valuable experience working for various businesses across the supply chain, making her career choice in recruitment a natural progression.

She continues to be genuinely passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives and is thrilled to join the STAR family.

Shannon brings over 16 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry to her role as a Para Consultant.  Her background as a Customer Services Representative involved mainly end to end roles, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of the industry. 

Shannon is very much a people person, and has a genuine and an enthusiastic approach to dealing with clients and customers alike.  This passion for people naturally led her to a career in Recruitment, where she can use her knowledge and experience to benefit both our clients and candidates. 

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and exploring new destinations through travel.
